The Laurenzirebe or St. Laurent , which is native to the Alsace and Austria , was introduced around 1850 by the wine researchers Bronner to Germany . Until 100 years it has been even more widespread , at times it was almost forgotten .

Our St. Laurent is on the excellent location Mandelgarten and is somewhat mature earlier than our neighboring Pinot Noir . After fermentation on the skins , we give the St. Laurent 12-18 months aging in French oak barrels . He offers a fresh fruit and its soft finish on the palate . A very nice red wine to fine venison.
